Staff are super friendly and helpful but the food is often sub-standard and highly priced. I often see things like prawns and salmon.sat on a trolley near the fridges...they should be IN THE FRIDGES!..in this hot weather!!! I felt some of the produce on the trolley...they were almost WARM!! Dangerous for people to eat being left out of fridge in the heat! Disgusting!!!

Staff are mostly friendly enough and they have a wide range for a small shop. The issue is the lack of stock. They always seem to run out of certain items and take an age to replace them

I have mixed feelings about this store.
It has plenty of parking, it has a reasonable range of sandwiches and lunch food (which is what i go there for) but my problem is with the staff. You either get the really lovely, super helpful staff or you get the ones who don't want to serve you and try to make you use self service. I never know which I'm going to get.

Coops are really good place to buy basically everything but the coop near me have shortage of food most of the time. I have had experience of going there to get something and return with nothing , normal stuff like bread and fruits or kids snacks. It would be great if these normal day to day things would be always available for local consumers.

It has gone down hill in the last 6 months or so. Some staff members walk around the store with their mask hanging of their ear and not across their mouth and nose. Multiple times I have been in there and my child has been hit with the trolley because some staff are too busy chatting with each other to watch what they are doing. Shelves are untidy and more often than not quite empty, while cages of stock are blocking the way for customers. It is not as clean as it used to be, including the self service checkouts, rhey are not cleaned between customers. When it is busy, some staff seem to carry on chatting with each other and ignore the big queue. Social distance by some staff is non existent.

Small shop, bit difficult to get around with a pushchair but good selection, shelves well stocked for the most part
