An absolute mess there are trolley fall of food everywhere blocking the whole shop up! Can't get to anything because they are in the way the staff are rude and 1 of them nearly squashed my daughter against the magazine's when trying to move a trolley! Something has to be done as there is a major health and safety risk in this shop not good at all

I have never known service as bad as this place. I popped in today, and as expected there are signs everywhere warning people to keep 2m apart from each other, to social distance, to respect staff and other customers. Quite right too. Shelf stocking time (which seems to be all the time) in this shop is a challenge at the best of times as the aisles are narrow and they seem to get every single product out at the same time to restock. I’m Today there was a member of staff blocking an aisle while restocking it, so I waited. I was happy to wait, happy for them to finish, in no rush. Another member of staff told me I would have to squeeze past as she wasn’t going to stop what she was doing. To make it clear, squeezing past meant getting through a foot wide gap between the staff member and the wall. There was no alternative as staff were blocking every aisle, so I went past but pointed out that they were making it impossible for me to observe the 2metres distance they were supposedly implementing. I was told that if I didn’t like it, I should just go home and stay there. This was said quite aggressively. Whilst I understand that key workers are under a lot of pressure at the moment (I am one myself), I couldn’t believe the aggression and rudeness with which I was treated, or the despicable flouting of the social distancing rules. These people are putting members of the public, themselves, and their families at risk. Not good enough. To make it very clear, this happened at the One Stop at 4-6 High Street, not the other one, where service is usually very good.
