Extra Local Express

I needed to put a code onto my electric meter key. 2 carers called twice but the woman had no clue how to do it - worse than useless - claimed a man would be there after 5pm who could do it - I never found out if that was true, because it was too late for my electrician

The shop is small and cramped, there is barely enough room to search for items.
The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Not a pleasant experience.
