I haven't called into here before and parking is awful if you just want to dive in to pick up a few items. You have to park round the back miles from the entrance and you get an hour free but have to print a ticket and display it in your car. Store layout is awful and there are no staff on the tills
I gave up on the automatic pay tills as you had to try and place items in bags that are impossible to separate from others and I left a pile of stuck together bags with the pile of other ones that previous shoppers had left behind) before I gave up and payed at the tobacco counter, which was the only one staffed (wish I'd gone there first as there was no queue and I paid for my shopping within a minute 🙂)
Hardly green use of plastic bags as they had been handled by me and couldn't be used again (hopefully this was a bad batch of bags but seriously you need to address this CoOp.... I haven't had this problem at other competitors stores)

Getting more grim by the day. I pity anyone who has no option but to shop there. Prices extortionate and choice limited. Bought some off the shelf medication and took it before noticing it was 3 months out of date. Similarly a bunch of lilies lasted 4 days before the buds went brown.

Easy (free 1hr) parking, good stock, friendly staff, & close to other shops / amenities too.

Great local service and prices are reasonable for town shops

I have visited this shop many times during the pandemic and the service and food on offer has been fantastic. Today I experienced the manager walking around and thanking the staff for their efforts. Fantastic to see and we will return. Thank you.

Great shop, (if a little expensive!). But I suppose you have to expect that from a conveniently, town-based supermarket. Good reductions after about 3/4pm in the afternoon. Some of the staff could be more welcoming!

Descent on price and they offer a good range of gluten free items both in the fridge and on the shelves. I'm impressed with what they stock and it's great to be able to have a hot drink.

Where to start... 3.30 pounds for a can of pringles, 5.00 for 4 peroni most weeks but then suddenly 6.50... Shelves stacked with goods mainly chocolate, crisps, alcohol but no prices. Realised that these are being arranged in advance for price reductions because they have a sheet of paper attached to the shelf. Come on who is going to buy today knowing that that in a couple of days they will be significantly reduced in price? Rubbish shopping experience.
