Prince Food & Wine

I am a regular customer to Prince food & wines I find no issues with any member of staff, everyone is helpful, polite, and friendly due to good management and staff employed.
Not only have I been given advice, they have on several occasions helped
to carry my shopping to my flat, subject to availability of extra staff on site. this a wonderful service from a local shop so much appreciated.

This morning is the 13/01/18 I went into the shop to top up my oyster card and the assistant just flung the money on the table even though I had my hand out. His attitude when serving disgusting.

Very rude staff the guy trying to charge 50 p for card payment, be careful it's illegal charge extra money. I never come back in this place.

Very good customer service

I used the ATM in the shop on Saturday. My card was declined but the machine took 51.80 from my account. Now I can't contact anyone at the shop to ask about it. No one answers the phone listed.
