Co-op Food - Wandsworth - Garratt Lane

Extremely bad customer service. I bought a 20£ bottle of wine that was corked undrinkable and they didn’t accept any exchange or refund. The staff was kind but they simple didn’t know how to deal with the issue. If the coop want to sell fine wine they should include a return exchange policy too.

I would give them less than zero. Staff is really not polite, one of them is really creepy every time I go there. Despite this, I think she’s the manager, I must say that she’s really kind and helpful!

Ps the creepy guy recognised me as I went there everyday for two years, he tried to talk to the kids I was taking care of every time in a really annoying way just to try having my attention. Today I went for buying also a lighter and he said to the colleague to not selling me it cause he has never seen me. Okay, I didn’t have my ID with me, but he sold me loads of tobacco during all this time and, as I said before, he knows me, he said hello to me even out of the shop loads of times!

Say hello to till staff no response.
No asking if you want a bag. dont tell you total to pay just silence.

Get a better experience from self service checkout in sainsburys. At least it says thank you and goodbye.

Bought a pack of 5 oat and raisin biscuits. Had to return them as two had a bite.
Yes a bite, very visible.
The staff didn't act surprised, like it's a common occurance.
Perhaps someone was trying to spread the virus or they are simply nasty.

Usually I love the Co-Op. This one is the exception. I understand that the sign says the stores closes at 11pm. But frequently it is closed by 10.30/10.40pm. This is ridiculous. Either it’s open until it should be or change the opening hours. Maybe the staff like giving themselves early marks? Additionally all the fridges have been out of action for over a week so it’s impossible to buy fresh food. Surely this is the worst Co-Op within the organisation.

Do not order on Deliveroo - scam order processing. They don't deliver items but impossible to get a refund

Almost every time I go there I have to face rude staff, tonight 13/10/21 @ 8:45pm was the last time, I’m a paying customer who respect everybody but enough is enough I will never come back! Co-Op something is not ok there.
