The staff are very rude especially the Asian guy with broken arm. The prices are so ridiculously high. They price things incorrectly and don't take responsibility and to top it off a cheap bottle of high commissioner for a quarter costs usually £4.99 but here you pay £6.99 complete rip off. Then they say it's come from head office the late VAT went up when we all know VAT has not changed from usual 20%.

It's like there promoting a new harrods corner shop. Name and shame this company as it's value for money customers look for. This ain't Mayfair or Notting hill gate.

Hermes package point. 24 hour opening times. Clean and well organised store with wide selection of goods and nice staff.

bar the owner who is a lovely and helpful man, the staff are awful. They are rude and condescending. I mostly go there for the plants and to drop of Hermes packages but will avoid now as was spoken to badly by the young man behind the counter which is unacceptable.

Sent my Hermes parcel ,place it on the counter staff on the phone talking at the end of counter. He asked i bring the parcel to where he was which i did he was still on the phone and i told him its heavy so i place it on the counter. he scanned the parcel and spoke to me rudely i should have held on to the parcel. i told him about his bad customer service and he angrily push my parcel on the floor and asked i take it home. i told him i wil l not because he has scanned it and i did not push it on the floor,he did not give me my receipt and i left the shop . Very rude staff. Poor customer service. I ask for the mangers number to make a complain he said he is the manger

It’s convenient but the staff seem miserable. Never a friendly “ hello” I only use to collect parcels occasionally.

Despite this store being incredibly expensive, £2.50 for a 1L lemonade for example; I still would visit regularly for the convenience.

However today I went and shopped for a gas lighter, around 3 hours later I go back and report it doesn’t work, they don’t give out receipts but the same person was on the desk. They refused to believe I bought it from them (the very same one was still on the shelves) and I only wanted an exchange.

I was made to feel really stupid and unwelcome. Just for this reason I wouldn’t recommend, really unprofessional.

I regularly go to take my packages and it is very convenient. They have a lovely array of plants which is an unusual and welcome sight for a newsagents. It is well stocked, clean and easy to find things.
