My store you are shopping for. We also have a post office in it, very convenient, just before the bus stop, after the metro. Always smiling, friendly and kind with everyone. <3

I visited this grocery several times during a stay at a nearby hotel. This grocery accepts creditcard payments, closes late (11pm) and has ample snacks and basic food items. There is also a selection of electrical adapters, USB cables and stationary items.

For those returning good to Amazon the Post Office is accessed through the store. Once your Royal mail stamp has a 48 on it, you're good to go.

During the day before 5pm you'll find more social and helpful cashiers, during the night not so much.

If you're looking for something more elaborate there's a Sainsbury close by.

Two tills but at the busiest point of the night, one of the employees takes 20 minutes to cash out. Massive queue. Everyone misses there connecting buses. Avoid. Worst store in London

Staff are not professional and very rude. Some items are too expensive. I won't be shopping there ever again also because staff can't be asked to make sure people respect the queue! Very bad and annoying!

Very rude and not helpful staff. I have never seen smile the guys at the till. Only one of them is friendly and helpful.

Living in Collierswood for the last 10+ years I've used this store on many occasions.
Quite frankly I find some of the reviews very pedantic.
Sometimes I won't use this store for months at a time due to my work schedule but they always remember me, they always ask how I am and how my day is going.
They might not always "smile" but they always get the job done, be it the main store or the post office.
I'm sure those saying they don't are constantly smiling in their office cubicles 🤣
They put on a great service and are always willing to go above and beyond to help their customers.
I hope they continue to service the customers for many years to come 👍

Terrible customer service. I went to pay for a paper and said morning to the cashier and requested if I could pay using a card. He ignored me, so I spoke up again. He ignored me again. So I said excuse me, and he replied "what?" I asked him again and he said "yeah...yeah...yeah" in a way to almost hurry me along. I would suggest to only come here to use the post office, otherwise avoid altogether!
