The 1st ever co op I've shopped in. Staff that work there are brilliant. It's clean and I've scanned the shelves on many occasions and found they have a wide range on basic and general essentials which is always good. :)

This is a FANTASTIC store for shoplifters so I would give it 5 stars from that perspective. If you're looking for a store that neglects staff or customer safety then look no further! If you're GAGGING for a bit of an adrenaline rush while you shop then this is the store for you - will there be an angry crack head screaming over the tills because she's been caught stealing? Will it be a pair of vagabonds sprinting out with crates of beer they didn't pay for? Will you be locked in the store while the staff try to stop a lunatic leave with an entire basket of tinned Vietnamese chicken sausage that he hasn't paid for? Or will it just be closed for the day because somebody stole the key to the front door? Pop in and find out!

Great staff but all fruit and vegetables are double wrapped in plastic! Limiting my shopping to items with no packaging or predominantly in glass jars makes my choice in this supermarket very limited! Plastic packaging to 98% of the vegetables and fruit is absolutely unnecessary and completely ignorant considering the current sustainability issues everyone is facing. Until the supermarkets such as Co-op don’t adjust to the customers requests and take some responsibility for the products they sell, they will be loosing us(the customers) and the profits we bring.

Confirming Ben's experiences on Deliveroo, I''d regularly have high-value items (£12+) be missing (i.e. stolen) from regular orders, or quite often they just wouldn't accept the order despite being online. A day where I could order from Dalston instead is a good day. I don't know what is wrong with this store but I suspect it needs a proper shakeup as this stuff is not rocket science.

Not a bad store. The staff do their best but at times there's very little in stock. Whether that's down to poor ordering or poor management who knows. Don't expect the offers you see on the Co-op website. Pure and simple they don't have them. Like the £5 freezer fillers available at other stores. Not here. Once in a while they'll do the pizza and beer for a fiver but very little else.
On the down side it's a shoplifters haven with the "security" guards more interested in what is in people's shopping from other places they've been to rather than watching some aggressive black male completely remove EIGHT chickens and walk out the store. Either the staff are afraid or are just clueless. All in all its good for top up shopping but that's it.

Guy named Robert apparently he's the manager, very rude with a bad attitude, no smile and don't know how to deal with customers. Please change management co op. We need better staff and friendly management not rude people.👎👎👎👎👎

DO NOT USE THIS QUESTIONABLE STORE.
Terrible management.
This store advertises ghost deals.
ie. Buy three items for a deal. Surprise surprise, there’s always an item missing so no deal. When the offer ends, another surprise.. there’s an abundance of the missing item. Hmm. Wonder if that was stocked at the lower price and them sold on at full cost for more profit?
This is either poor ordering of the stock or there is something very questionable going on.
I have reported this to their head office who have obviously followed it up with the store.
The store manager recently asked ‘I’d prefer it if you didn’t shop here if you’re going to complain’. Complain? I believe she actually meant being caught and taken to task.
This bid to silence me reinforces my suspicions of foul play.
Advertising / Trading Standards, BBC Watchdog & Other Press are still options.
Caught out are you?
I’ll tell the world.

Rubbish store. Fresh produce is always badly understocked, fruit/veg shelves, fish section, often bare. 2 self-service checkouts are often broken. You're lucky if a single till is open. Aisles always blocked with restocking trolleys despite empty shelves. Few or no staff on shop floor.
