Great little Co-Op. The staff are always friendly no matter how busy it gets and they work really hard to ensure you don't have to queue too long, running between packing shelves and the tills. Only downside is they tend to sell out of fresh produce by the evening... but that's because it's a popular little store!

I used to like this store which had good customer service and a better food selection,however, since a few month now, it's starting to get more automated, stale and is losing its personal touch to the customers. Instead of staff, it's replacing it by check-out cards only machines. Only one cash till (often unposted). Today I discovered a new cash-only machine in the corner of the store which I had no idea how to use it at first as no staff was around. Also please note, you have to insert the note length side underneath the cash slot. I am no longer considering this CO-OP as my first choice of stores, although it is local. But to reduce the staff by replacing them with the cash/ cards machine (staff is hardly around when you need them as they are busy to do other things), is not customer service oriented.

Every time I have coming recently there's no one monitoring the numbers of people coming in. Impossible to social distance when there's too many customers. The queue to pay is always half way through the store. The isles are so narrow everyone is right next to each other. Come on coop you can do better than this!

Shop now doing On-demand shopping slots. The picking part works OK but the delivery part doesn't, my 2 hr slot came and went, no update, I rang the store after 3 hrs, they apologised said driver no show! They called me back to say drivers office has closed. They didn't appear to have a process for this and seemed to be left by coop management to fend off irate customer, like me, suggested I ccl order& try again tomorrow. Not likely I told him. My shop was delivered the nxt day, 19 hrs late. I felt that the shopkeeper was left to manage the process when they are not equipped to do so, very unfairly! So my critical review is for co-op management failure to set up a workable professional system. I think the shopkeeper did the best it could in an impossible situation. Co-op please fix this or don't offer a service that you can't deliver, no pun intended!

It is not safe to shop at this store, the majority of customers don't wear masks , I think it is because most most of the staff have not been wearing masks up until this week . It is the only supermarket I have been in recently where the majority of customers are not wearing masks. I think it's because most of the staff didn't wear them until recently. Tonight out of 10 shoppers 6 weren't wearing masks as I left more came in , all making no attempt at any kind of face covering. It was impossible to queue to pay and impossible to keep away from them. Not a safe place to shop now.

Medium sized local convenience store. Recently undergone a complete refit. The staff are always friendly and you will find most of what you want.

What an awesome revamp for this local shop. I went today and was blown away, I think they have doubled the amount of items in store now. Excellent vegan selection both in the chilled and dry sections. Well done!

The best food ever.. no no of course no😃.. if you burn in other country like Turkey or east Europe English food its not okay for you.. but they eat them.. we never tell them "this is not a food" or have more tasty things in this planet.. and we never say something about customer service.. because the are to far from customer service..😁 you cannot explain to blind burn man what is the colour of rainbow..🤷
