Staff are friendly and they offer collectplus+ so I'm constantly picking up and dropping off parcels.

Local and friendly, been serving the community for years, surprisingly good wine deals. Get a good feeling by not going to Sainsbury.

Terrible. Worse Experience.
Refused package as a listed delivery point. Completely screwed up My child birthday asked why. Guy on the phone said we don't take medium size packages with no apology for inconvience. Completely unprofessional.

If you are going to reject packages. Don't be a listed drop off pointing you cannot accommodate. Never again.

They are listed as a UPS access point. Bought my parcel here to return a week ago. Waiting for my refund. My parcel is listed as still at access point. I spoke with the shop keeper so rude, an unapologetic. Never again will I deliver or use them as a shop to return goods. Still under investigation as to where my parcel is I brought there to be returned 😡

It always feels positive and warm when I visit and I have to say that this is (without a doubt) the Best Newsagent that I have been to! Friendly wide ranged service, good people combined with great prices!

Have just read the other reviews and these are all problems that come from systems that fail a lot (DHL, UPS, etc.) You can’t blame them for matters like this as they are simply doing all that they can to support us when using these services and sometimes this falls out of their positive control (which is not what they want)!

Don’t use them to collect your parcels.
Mine was rejected on delivery for no reason.
