Lousy service and English is not my native language but good luck trying to explain/request something here.

This guy is stubborn and does not understand much english so communication is almost impossible!

Please avoid this shop. Went there to collect a parcel, and because he hadn’t booked the parcel in when it was delivered, I had no parcel collection number other than the email proof of delivery from Evri. He wouldn’t give me my parcel even with photo ID.!

The man is completely un helpful, even insulting me before I left, and low and behold when I eventually get the parcel from him after a lot of arguments, straight after I left the shop, I get an email saying it’s ready to collect! - with the collection number he wanted in the first place!!

If you do your job in the first place, and book parcels in when they arrive, to generate the collection number, none of this would happen.

Please get your parcels delivered somewhere else. AVOID!

I've tried to post parcels here 3-4 times now at different days of the week and at different times and it's just closed. No "be back at ___" or hours, and I end up wasting my lunch break going for it to always be closed whenever.
