Brilliant community store well stocked all staff are polite and helpful only down side is at the end of school day the campus students takes over the front of the store blocking the paths with bikes and large groups and show little respect for others. This is in no fault of the store but would be worth them helping to move them on or work with the school to discourage this.

Standard/basic co op store, parking is a bit hit and miss depending if busy due to a small side road to park for shop that fits about 5/6 cars (sometimes less if people leave big gaps (!!)) decent selection for bits and bobs l, freezer & meat section not a lot of variety.. bakery just bread. If you want more selection go to co op on mill road bigger store and more variety per say or Sainsbury's. But is a good shop to have round for locals in cherry hinton close by as has your everyday essentials as such and mostly will find what you're looking for in basic cooking ingredients/snacks/food etc. Staff are great here NEVER had a impolite or rude service.

Fairly decent little local, has most items you would need. May need to consider employing a security guard as have been in the store a number of times where people have just walked out with groceries and poor till staff have had to chase them down!

Well laid out Coop store, with a good selection of meal deals, pastries and Costa Express machine for coffee on the go. Parking is woefully inadequate so finding a space can prove to be a bit of lottery. They need an overflow carpark with proper Bay parking an oversight when it was first built.

Employees do not wear masks during the pandemic, i'm pretty sure this is not their fault but higher management but the fact is they're a risk to customer's health, i shall not shop there will COVID is gone in a few years, please stop risking our lives for profit.

The self-payment it's always a pain on this coop... Never work and you need to spend a lot of time to pay for a coffee...

Yesterday 2 staff members and at least 2 clients were not using face masks. I'm pregnant and not fully vaccinated. As a gesture of respect for vulnerable people like me they should at least keep wearing them until they are officially lifted.

Received no receipt from the payment machine and while I was pressing Help it simply kept responding: "Wait, assistant is on the way", but never specified, on the way to where exactly.
