Utter waste of time why have a collection point if you can't collect then don't provide the service!!!!!!

They are marked as collect plus returns until 10pm everyday. However when I got there at 6pm on Saturday was turned away with no explanation as to why other than to maybe come back on Monday as long as it was afternoon. Poor service won’t be going there again.
