Rude customer service, employee at the shop insulted me in Tamil, even though I understood every word he said, right in front of me as well! I am never shopping here again.

Really horrible staff apart from the older guy who wears glasses who is respectful the other two younger ones are nasty shop keepers who lie about prices and talk to each other in their language insulting costumers.

Just went to the shop. Very rude, unpolite and not helpful at all. Because of their rude behavior asked to speak with the manager they avoided him. Said smth in their language between them in front of 5 customers. Don’t use this shop. One of the men working here is really idiot and silly. He laughs at himself when you talk to him. He is a short, bold guy.

They are charging £7 for hand sanitizer and not practicing good hygiene, I will never go in there again, trying to make money on products needed at this time and have no manners or respect, they think they can women with inerpropriate behaviour intimidate them try and give me the wrong change and when I pulled him on it he got loud, I got my money though as I I won't be taken for a mug

Found the staff quite rude. I arranged to collect a delivery from here and they said they didn’t have it, and refused to properly look. The retailer said it was sent there but fortunately gave me a refund anyway. Don’t offer a service like this if you can’t be bothered to provide it. For parcel drop off and deliveries please go elsewhere.

I live very close to shop, they and are polite and understanding , as far as I can say

I'd give a zero if google allowed me, the worst type of people ever, Rude, Arrogant, Disrespectful, yoh name it.
I forgot my driving licence whild sending money via money gram, and he refused checking for it, whild j saw near 40 driving licenses in the drawer.
Very very bad experience
