Misinformation and incompetence. I wanted to drop a parcel there, called Uber and got told once there that they didn’t take +10kg packages. Or I should even get a delivery arranged for that—no information from DPD or on Google regarding this drop-off point policy. At a different drop-off point, I left my parcel without any problem though. When I was trying to contact DPD on my phone, I was suggested to take my box and stay outside in unbearable heat. I recommend some customer service training.
