Lovely little store, bakery lady was very friendly and helped me find what I was looking for even though she seemed quite busy. Lovely staff. Big thumbs up!

great local branch with added bonus of helpful, friendly staff.
Usually find what I need, The shop is clean and all the staff great. On Saturday Sasheela friendly as usual and gave me a 'grow seeds for Mothers day' leaflet. A nice thing to do. Thank you all.

I’ve been to this store since it opened in March 29 2018. The staff all just get on with their jobs and will help you if you need assistance. One of the fellows who is a regular there always acknowledges me whenever I enter. Which is nice.

The store has aisles that contain drinks, sandwiches, bakery, chocolates, biscuits, yoghurts, fruit & veg, fresh meats (in packaging), frozen foods and ice creams, easy to heat ready meals, toiletries, alcohol, crisps and a Costa Coffee machine. They also have a cash machine located near the far end of the store where the small fresh bakery is. Which is useful.

I would say that there are specific times in the day where aisles are empty and need to be restocked frequently, such as the sandwich and drinks sections. I assume during morning and lunch that those during lunch break all get their items. Which is why around 3pm onwards there is a limited selection. Around 7.30 pm and there after they appear to have replenished the smaller drinks area which contains juices like Tropicana etc. So timing is an important thing to consider when you make a trip.

They have tills where you can pay in person as well as the self service ones which require you to use your cash cards. Personally, I will use these tills as it’s fast and straight forward. If I have large purchases I will go directly to the human cashiers. It depends on the day I go shopping and what I buy, along with how busy the place is. I like having the choice.

It’s a convenience store that facilitates all things but on a less grander scale. You get what you want and leave. Simple.

Clean, fresh and modern layout with a good variety of items to choose from. Prices are inline with other convenience stores (higher than Tesco).
There is a conveniently placed ATM machine in the far left corner of the store.
On my visit one of the on shelf promotions wasn't adequately described and the staff were not helpful or attentive.

Staff are not friendly in the slightest and stock levels vary but the food is good quality with frequent good offers (especially on short-dated goods) and this branch supports the local community

Well stocked and helpful staff. Got ATM. Have delivery through Deliveroo. Unlike other retailers you can buy one can of beer out of pack. Great experience both walk in and through delivery.

Very poor service I had to go find a starf member to get served. They are rude and unhelpful maybe they should be sent on customer service courses. The shelfs are always empty and has a very poor selection very expensive and poor quality..
I wouldn't even give this store half a star...
