The shopkeeper was incredibly rude to my wife. Wish I had been with her at the time. He really upset her and someone who bullies customers should not be allowed to continue. We will not be using this shop again and I will look into options to try and deal with this unacceptable behaviour.

The shop owner actually doesn’t know how to behave as he was so rude. I was presumed that he never learn anything from his family.his behaviour gave me more details idea about his background.I didn’t get a chance otherwise I would send him a primary school..

Poor customer service, refuse for you to put money on the electric , past 4-5 years 90 % of the time the machines broken when surely they would of had a engineer to fix it or get it replaced. Good company but doesn’t look after it’s customers

Don’t try to drop off your Yodel parcel. The men who works there is extremely rude. I had to find another place today. Not going back.

The people over here are really humble, and they are helpful as well. I can say, almost all my Amazon or collect+ parcel, which are actually easy to collect since they open late in the night, like around 10.00!!!
And the stuff are good in quality-wise to make a grocery shopping!!!

A bit crowded but good selection. The negative experience i had was trying to send off DHL parcels. Guy behind the counter was struggling to understand how to do it. First he said he couldn't scan the DHL bar code from my phone, then he asked me to print it so that he could give me a returns label. When I returned with the printed barcode the next day he couldn't scan it. Noticed that he wasn't actually pointing the scanner on the barcode. I asked him to key it in,which he said he couldn't do. I asked him to generate a new delivery label and I would pay again (and ask DHL for a refund for the one I paid for online), which he said that he couldn't do. He asked me to come back after 3pm when his parcel collection person arrives and he can take it. I asked if this person would come exactly at 3pm to which he said any time between 3-5pm. Didnt fancy coming in later,so i went to another location in Worcester park. He had the same issue with the barcode but he was able to key it in. Find it odd that they had the same system but the other person managed to go the extra mile and key in the barcode number.

Do not get parcels delivered here. A nightmare on both accations! Very rude and just don't care attitude. On secon accation the box was open and they said as it was not collected they checked inside! The reason it was not collected was they had not scanned it in? Once scanned it came up ready for collection from eBay. I would not have known it was delivered it was not for the seller asking me to check. He had the cheek to say they forgot.

Refuses to take Collect+ drop offs on the weekend. Isn't the point of Collect+ points convenience? It's not convenient if your travel to a particular location with no way of knowing the service will be refused on arbitrary days.
