Local convenient shop and newspaper agent. Very popular to the local people as the staffs are very friendly to the customers. Most of the day to day items are available.

Don't use for click and collect. They send your items away.
You shouldn't sign up your business for click and collect if you're going to reject the parcels.

Worst click and collect service ever. Go to sherwood park food and wine instead. Much better service there

Cheats! Always short changing people. Over the last few years this store have become so unreliable and treat people with disrespect

This is the only nearby shop where the prepaid electricity and gas can be recharged. I personally have been to this store many times to do the same and 2 months back or so, the employee was arguing with me regarding payment, that they can only accept cash and not card. The owner of the store was there then and asked to accept card payment as I was doing a recharge for more than £20. Today, the same employee said no to me again and demanded that I pay extra £2 if I'm using card to pay, which I did not agree. I have an injury on my ankle, awaiting surgery and still I walked all the way down to the shop as we ran out of credit as well. I was turned down and so rude was the employee. I clearly mentioned that the owner has asked to do so and the employee declined that.

I have met the owner of this convenient store twice. He is so friendly and humble, but most of the staff members are rude and unfriendly. Perhaps they choose whoever they want to be nice to. The customer services at this store are nothing to write home about.
