Worst service EVER. Been waiting for so long for them to finally look for my parcel in an angry and super rude way, after they let 5 people pass in front of me. Would not recommend AT ALL.

To continue the chain of the negative reviews, the workers in this store are terrible. They are rude and absolutely useless.

I’m obliged to use this store as a click and collect as the extended open hours are so desperately convenient. More fool me. The woman of a certain vintage who always seems to be there regardless of the time I stop by, is so creepily rude it boggles my mind. And I couldn’t help thinking it was personal until I read the reviews. I wish I could take my business elsewhere. I just grin and bear it but I caution anyone who can do better go elsewhere!

Absolute joke of a business. Went in to collect a parcel was told it wasn’t there even when I said to them according to tracking it was. No help didn’t even bother to look. Then was sworn at by an older guy in there who he I didn’t even have the decency to talk to me properly. Still no parcel ans still they can’t be bothered looking for it. Evri is bad at best but sending it to be picked up here is like a double whammy. Do yourself a favour and don’t bother

The most unbelievably rude staff. I’ve repeatedly tried to be polite and you simply can’t get in and out without being yelled out, abused, or otherwise made to feel unwanted.

I was very skeptical about this place as I saw that the reviews were not great. But I needed to drop off my Hermes parcel here because I didn't have much choice and I was in a hurry. But I was able to drop off my parcel here without any difficulties. However I could tell the owner didn't really want to co-operate in the first place.

Good experience from me. But if you're skeptical then I would recommend to go to the Tesco Superstore in Cromwell Road, which have lockers to drop off your Hermes packages.

Having read reviews about the rude service, was hoping it would be not as bad as reviewers have written. Have brought lottery tickets in the past with no problem.
Today I wanted to use the print label and drop off Amazon returns via Hermes. It was unfortunate the old rude and unhelpful woman was sat at the counter, she said she couldn't take the return and I need a larger envelope, then pointed at the Hermes poster.

I also had 2 lottery tickets with a £5.40 pay out, was told they have no money. I said customers can only buy lottery tickets but not receive a pay out. Yes was her reply.
Hermes shouldn't use them as she does not understand the role of customer service and needs to find another job that does not involve dealing with the public.

Take your business elsewhere. Crispins should recruit proper staff.
