My favourite polish shop.Great helpful staff,bug choice of products.Good prices

I like this shop only thing what they need to do is add in English the product name because not only polish people going to buy .
The stuf are kind and helpful.

I'm only giving 2 stars because the products are actually good. All the staff are rude, constantly chatting to each other, ignoring customers. They are on the phone a lot, laughing, while customers queuing. I understand that the shop is tiny, however nearly every evening the shop floor is full with cardboard boxes, nearly impossible to get through. I've been going there for 4 years, every second day, however they still pretend that they don't know me, and speak to me in polish every single time. Also after I ask something in English, they will at the end tell me the final amount in polish. Every second/third day in the past 4 years ! :-)) it is just rude. We are in London, common.
The reason that I'm writing this comment now, is that I went to the shop 7.00pm the other day ( half an hour before closing) and they refused to slice any ham for me, saying that they have already switched off the machine for today. I leave there £15-£20 three to four times a week, I believe that I would deserve pressing a button on that machine or plugging it in the electricity.
So to wrap it up, the products are pricy but good, the staff is extremely unpleasant.

Lovely customer service over the phone. Polite answered every question I had. They even reserved and item for me as it was important. Prices are decent. Very good and clean shop.

The place looks much bigger inside then outside . Good selection of polish products. The sweets bun are not always fresh . I did ask staff if they are fresh and she did said yes but that wasn't true. I must say clean polish shop .

Best polish shop in the area. Great selection of ham, meat and cheeses. Fresh cakes.

Great service - the ladies there are really nice and helpful, great selection and I get to order fresh bakery for the next day straight from the bakery! (Cebularze i paczki z roza!!! Drozdzowki, pycha chlebek) I highly recommend!
