Not impressed! I had to return my VAX carpet cleaner for repair. The VAX pre-recorded message told me I could leave it for collection at Premier Store in Somerford (an official "drop off" point apparently.) The rather officious lady assistant told me it was too big and I would have to ring the carrier firm for collection from my own address. Thank you Madam for wasting my time!

Should be called inconvenience store.

Similar issues as others have mentioned.

Had my parcels delivered there as they are a collection point for certain couriers companies.

However, went there when I had a notification that my parcel had been delivered. I had a few to collect.

I received one item but then gave them the other barcode only to be told it's a duplicate barcode so I've already received the item...which they only gave me one parcel, but I had 2 parcels with different barcodes?!

Tried a few times, then on the last time they said the barcode isn't recognised!! But they told me it was a duplicate!?

Asked them if any parcels have my name on and I have my id if needed but they said they can't without a barcode. So I asked them how do they arrange for the item to be returned to sender, to which they said the same person that drops off parcels, also collects.

I asked which service they use,o to be told they're not sure...they think it's Yodel. Like seriously...you don't even know who you give other people's parcels to????!!!! They don't even have a receipt or records for any parcels received or returned. Ffs!!

So I can't even contact whichever courier they use, as they're not sure themselves which means no way if tracking my item's return either!!!

I've contacted the seller and they haven't received the item back yet, bearing in mind the shop apparently sent the item back on 23rd September, and now it's the 8th October.

What a joke!

Quite short on the phone and in person...not particularly polite!!!

Do not use...there are plenty of other stores around to shop at and get items delivered to too.

Apparently made me a favour when they accepted my package return as the time I dropped it was 'inconvenient'. Only small shop in the area with minimum on debit card, was left with thirsty screaming children when I did not have the cash to pay for a 1 pound 25cl bottle of water. No comment.

Rude customer service! Went to return a parcel as it’s a drop off point, I only need to show a QR code and the man told me he ran out of cellotape and told me I had to buy it from the shop which is his job as a drop of point to provide that. I’ve done these returns several times elsewhere easily but I was in a hurry to post it so I went to buy it and told it was £1.89 and then went to pay on my phone and the price changed to £3.00 I told him I was gonna go elsewhere. He then was blunt and told me I had to put the cellotape back

My wife was nearly scammed out of her lottery win when the shop worker threw my wife’s winning ticket in the trash bin then when my wife said she wanted her tickets back she was told oh yeah you’ve won £30. So please check if you ever use this store but if you have any sense you won’t use the shop in the first place.

Went in about 5 weeks ago to purchase baby formula to find it was out of date. Told the guy behind the counter who apologised & said he'd remove it from the shelf.
Go in today (30/07/22) to buy baby formula & other bits, only to find the same baby formula still on the shelf. Told the young lady the formula was well out of date ( by over 2 months now). Her response was to laugh, smirk & tell me that she knows it is. She said it's there because nobody had bought it. Are they stupid or what???
