Do not go here! I bought an item from this shop which was defunct. I walked straight back in less than 5 minutes later and the attendant agreed it didn't work but refused to refund me and was incredibly rude, telling me it wasn't his problem and they don't do refunds. I will not be returning

Don’t buy their wine. I complained about the awful taste of wine that I drink all the time and the guy rudely asked me if I opened it😳😳. No policy on returns whatever the purchase.
They are definitely not using a legit supplier because the wine is fake.

Mostly we can get form the shop and most of the wines selling their and also spirits get cheap in this area, they selling Alcohol morning 6 to 1pm Because they got alcohol license And late night opening also staff customer services are good And every product Is cheaper than supermarkets......

Rude staff and very expensive. Rather use the shops opposite. Cheaper and better customer service.
I went in to get something and I walked out as one of the members of staff thrown a costumers card at her face because their card machine was not recognising her card. Really rude manners. I will not use them ever again.

I am outraged about the rudeness of the owner of this shop. He was aggressive and unwilling to listen or help me with my Collect + query. He’s been rude to my family members in the past too. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP.
The Four seasons mini market opposite is 1000 times better with friendly, lovely and helpful staff.

Excellent customer services and they have variety of groceries, tobacco and alcohol at a very affordable price than other shops. Would definitely recommend to go there
