Disgraceful. Allowed 8 £30 contactless payments across multiple cards after my wallet was stolen. This completely bizarre behaviour was either ignored without ID checked or knowingly allowed. Avoid.

After 2 failed attempts at posting my UPS parcel through their drop-off point, I gave up and will not be coming back again. Firstly they said they could not print the label by scanning the barcode (as the UPS instructions advised), so the cashier told me to print the label myself and come back the next day. After struggling to find a printer to do this (because who owns a printer these days?), I went out of my way to post the labeled package at this store the next day, only to be told that they could not receive the package because the UPS driver had already come and left. There is a very big sign by the counter that says UPS collection is at 2 PM, and I had made sure to go by the store before this time. Unfortunately, my psychic powers this morning were not working so I couldn't tell EXACTLY at what time the UPS driver would be collecting at the store, and either way, seems a bit pointless that they cannot just receive and store the package to post the next day. Needless to say, will not be attempting to use this service again.

Every time I go there to pick up a package or return a package they always have a problem with the machine or the timing etc. I would avoid this place going forward

The stuff is so expensive! I tried to buy 1 bottle of Ice Pop Prime, and the worker said 1 bottle each is £12! Too Expensive!

Never have UPS printer working yet are still listed as a drop off point. Avoid if you need to do returns.
