The worst customer service. I never leave reviews but my experience was so bad that I had to. The man at the till was so disgustingly disrespectful and rude from the moment I approached the till. He was speaking down at me in such a condescending and sexist manner for no reason. When he was unable to scan my parcel, which I did not question or complain about, I politely offered to read out the code for him and he responded by shouting at me and basically telling me to be quiet and get lost. I am so shocked and disgusted how awfully he treated me, despite me doing nothing to provoke his spiteful attitude, and by reading a previous review, it seems that there is a pattern of him doing this. I was a regular customer but will never be returning again after this experience.

One of the men behind the counter is the rudest most sexist men I have ever come across. I had the worst experience with this man when I went there to return a package using collect+

He was very reluctant to help from the start, when I arrived I had to wait to be served as he finished watching a video on his phone and continued to get more and more unpleasant (even shouting) as there was issues with the label.
He doesn't know how to speak to people and he kept calling me "you woman" after everything he was saying. It was extremely disrespectful.

Whoever is in charge/owns this place, please teach your staff basic customer service skills. I'd be glad to provide further information on this horrible experience if you take customer service seriously.

Don't bother with this place. Rude staff, refuses to accept parcels despite being associated with the Yodel / UPS / Collect+ click&collect scheme. AVOID!!! This store is listed under so many names and address variants on these web sites.

Say it opens 5.00am when I went to shop is saying is closed update your opening hours when should be open

If, I could give one star it would be!!! I’ve just gone to the shop and bought only 2 things. One cost £20 and the other one £1.25. I didn’t check how much I pay as I expect the cashier to be honest!!! When I got home I received a message that I just payed £26.24!!!!!!!! Thieves work there!!! I always go to this shop and spend loads of money. I’ll never ever go there again!!!!

I would give this zero stars if it was possible!

I picked up my parcel from this store today and received very poor customer service. When I entered the store the staff member was busy eating and didn’t acknowledge me for a while. When he did serve me he was very unpleasant and when he handed me my parcel he said my parcel had been there for almost a whole week and that I shouldn’t just leave my parcels laying around for long. I work full time as a NHS nurse and don’t have the privilege of the time to pick it up as soon as it arrives in the store, which is why I picked it up late. Furthermore, there is no rule against picking up parcels late as long as it’s in the 10 day timeframe given to collect your parcel. Horrible rude man and from reading other Google reviews this seems to be normal behaviour for this staff member

This is an old school convenience store despite the negative reviews about the older gentleman for sure the younger gentleman and the women with blue eyes provides the best quality service & always kind and respectful. Been customer for 15 years!!
