Rude woman member of staff with glasses. My wife queued up to get a collect plus item then when she got to her turn was told to wait and the rude indian lady started serving customers behind her! Shed already queued for ages patiently why should she go to back again!!!! Then lectured my wife how she should wait till everyone behind her has been served!!! A complaints going to head office. This woman has no customer services skills whatsoever. Go elsewhere.

One of those great shops that has everything you need from a local store. As well as food, they have a good range of household products like cleaning and DIY supplies. Staff are friendly and they also do Collect Plus.

Convenient and open til late but, not a single member of staff wearing a mask, and only 1 other customer other than myself adhering the the rules. I counted 8 others in there. One guy outside even telling other customers not to bother cause they didn't care, I paraphrase.

Upon moving into the area I was sad to see that the big grocery stores were far enough away that I'd have to take a bus rather than walk. I was disappointed to find corner shops nearby me did not carry any fresh fruit or veg. Then I found Costcutter and I was thrilled. This shop has meat, veg, fruit, dairy, bread, wine, beer, etc. - And a good selection of products as well! I will be visiting this shop often.

I never write a review of a shop ... As it's a in and out type of service. But this woman working in there.. must be the owner with her husband. She is probably one of the most rudest people i have ever bumped into in retail. Makes me not wanna go there.

The Indian woman behind the till is just plain rude. She has the worst customer service ever and zero manners. Looks at you up and down as if you are trash. This is my local store which I attend regularly and she is like this every time. Makes you not want to return

My experience was a 5-star one, first visit. Staff were friendly and they even offered me free pastry, which was touching. I love acts of kindness like this.
