Used the DPD courier service at this Londis and the old Indian man who works there asked me what is inside the parcel. I told him he doesn’t need to know that but he told me it’s for “insurance“. I told him it’s a games console I’m returning to the retailer. And… The retailer never received it. DPD sent proof that they did not collect the item. This Londis has been contacted multiple times and the man pretends he has no memory of the situation. Dodgy, avoid this place.

Disgusting staff especially the old Asian man who works there. Vile creature. Don’t let your female family members or female friends in this store especially kids. Pending court case, can’t say more right now but avoid this Londis. You’ve been warned.

I never feel welcome when I enter the shop, even worse when I want to pay by card. It does have some products I like however.
