The brother of owner is rude, arrogant and bad tempered. My mother gets a weekly paper delivered and after a faultless service, it started not turning up on occasion, when you go in he is strangely paranoid, lacking understanding and too busy polishing his own tiny ego, he says it’s your own fault and claims it’s not his problem. In other words he doesn’t want to complete the service that has been paid for… he threatened me, said ‘he new my type” what ever that means? and tried to stop me taking a replacement paper : he alluded to violence and tried to intimidate me three times by coming un covid ly close, with more that one gesture of violence in close proximity/ not good customer service, over one mistake of an un delivered newspaper for a sick old lady, who relies on it : if he took pride in his work and looked into what had happened then potentially it will stop happening… oh dear he should not be working there with his peoples skills / every time he serves me it’s uncomfortable…

Extremely ARROGANT and unhelpful for the Parcel Pick up & Drop off service. You can be as reasonable and polite as you want while talking to them but they will still find excuses for not wanting to check or to send you away as quick as they can. I sincerely advice you not to choose this shop as Parcel pick up.
