my local off licence, staff are always very polite, always in a good mood and cheerful. they remember my face and always greet me with a smile, and say good afternoon, its the little things that everywhere else seems to have forgotten, There are several off licences on this road and I will always go to this one, even though its not the closest to my house.

I recently got deliberately over-charged for a book of stamps here - first time I'd bought one in years and I should have checked the price before coming, but the girl on the till actually charged me about twice the price. Maybe this is just a side-hustle the young lady has got going on, but it makes me wonder if there aren't other scams going on in this place. I've given two stars instead of one just cause they've got a good selection of beers.

I wish I could give it a 0!Very bad customer service.The employers from this shop are rude and also the prices are hight then the anothers Off Licence.I was making shoping there and they refuse to give receipt.And also in this period of Covid 19 they dont respect the social distancing which is very dangerous for us.I will never go again to this shop.I dont recomand they dont now how to provide customer service and hight quality standards.

Yes I’m not being rude but It’s really bad customer service always manager don’t know how deil and solve a problem with customer and hiring wrong people that don’t have experience with customer ,always rude .I have been a customer for more than seven years just before this new owner come and since he comes from two years ago the service is going so bad and have always agreement so many times I find an expired stuff from two years that still there from the old managements they have also high prices then another shops and also they don’t put the price on the shelf and when you go to check out you get surprised about the price.When I told them about this they was very rude and angry they abuse the the customer even I was fasting person and so politely but they told me never come to this shop again can you believe this is the service now on my local shop , also they refuse to give me receipt!I don’t recommend this shop The old owner what is the best but not this one at all !

Hey good evening but I wish I could give it zero star it’s been so long time when I’m customer on this shop and now I will never ever be a customer because since the new owner came the Quality of the items gone done and the staffs are really so bad why of dealing with customer and is not the first ti with me amd my son and with some more customer right on front of my eyes especially the guy who’s working on the till on day time sorry but it’s really bad way and service I didn’t really recommended this store

Most of the food is out of date, it has made be vomit twice. Shame on me the second time for coming back.
