Keep in mind that the Post Office closes before the shop. The timetable for the Post Office should be updated from the Royal Mail website as well as any other mail provider. Post Office is open Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm and Saturday 9am-1:30pm. Thanks

Post office has been shut randomly on about half the occasions I've needed it (when online information suggested it was open). I even called ahead today but got no answer so now lugging 5 heavy parcels the half mile home again - again! Not too impressed and it does nothing for the post office brand.

Is this a post office or not? The store is open but what about the post office as it is an essential service, particularly in these most unfortunate times.
I have a parcel to return and the only method is by a post office sticker. Have tried to ring the store but no-one answers. This means I shall have to take the bus into Ealing Broadway to the main post office when I am trying to avoid as many people as possible.
I had thought that when the new post office workers took over, it would be a better service, but how wrong can you be.
No-one answers, no outgoing message, no explanation on the website as to if and when it will open again. Disgraceful service when we should all be pulling together, or so I thought.
After writing the above I tried getting in touch with The Post Office and eventually managed to get a message through. This was after several attempts via different routes. And don't even bother to ring in to complain. There is a 60 min. wait, or so it said.

Hey everyone! the actual post office that is within this corner shop store has removed it's Google listing!! I guess in a bid to avoid further 1 star honest reviews. So, my review is for the post office within this shop (no escaping it!!).. No customer services skills at all, never open when it should be, a disappointment to the local community whom it is supposed to serve with essential services. How did these people even get a post office franchise?
I suggest to all who would normally use this sham of a PO to use an alternative. The 2 options are Ealing Bdwy and Boston Manor Rd. You get proper service there

Really disappointed to walk all the way down here at around 1pm yesterday, (my lunch break, when the majority of working people need to post parcels), to be told rudely by the 3 mask-less employees behind the counter that, “the post office opens at 2”. This was a complete lie, he obviously couldn’t be bothered to serve me. I asked where the opening times information is, and he clearly lied saying, “it’s supposed to be being updated online soon”. His friend then walked in and they started a conversation. Really rude and disappointing, a complete waste of my time and they are plain and simply not offering the post office service they are supposed to. Won’t be returning and will tell people to avoid.

Post office doesn't work. They open as they fit, there is a lunch hour which changes every day and they delete negative comments. All reported to Post Office head office.
The boy who works in the shop and his mates harassed me as to why I wear a mask IN the shop while they were maskless.

These guys are dodgy. Not sure why Royal Mail allows them to represent them. On the odd occasion when they do decide to open the Post Office section here, the staff are rude and aggressive. Don't waste your time.
