They refused to accept Click and Collect parcel from eBay and I lost lots of my precious time. Do NOT use them!

They refused to accept my DHL parcel. On top of that the bloke was rude. At least talk to people properly even if you don't want to provide the service!

Some of the staff are kind but mostly they're very rude, they favour other customers despite nobody being at the counter yet and refuse to take parcels, don't worry though there are "other shops to go to"!

Staff very friendly and the shop has plenty of choice of the essential things you would need if you can’t get to your local supermarket after closing time so it’s great that it’s open till 10pm! If you get a chance to try the Samosas do! They are delicious and made locally I believe.

They are very rude an unprofessional. They dont accept parcels from ebay and once they have open mine because it was adressed to their shop . Disgusting service . Do not use them !

Very bad people working there . They refused to accept my parcel even if they advertising themselves as a local parcel shop . Owner very rude as well. Don't recommend them at all .

the shop people is hostile to eaby parcel collection，the shop people opened the parcel and claim he open every parcel he received because the parcel delivery used his shop name and pretend，ridiculous and disgusting behavior!!
