Dear,Sir/Madam It’s me Shaheen Chowdhury lives in Taplow and local residents for long time and I do my daily shopping at your stores but unfortunately I would like to let you know that one of your staff name Ms Alina was very rude to me when I was shopping on last Wednesday and I have felt insulted and I have noticed that she always try to charge extra so I hope you will take care of your local customers and you won’t keep any rude stuff in your store! Best regards Shaheen

This used to be Budgens and has been taken over and become Welcome by Co-op for nearly a year now. It's conveniently located, has a decent stock of products and the staff are really lovely. The store had an ATM, sells lottery tickets, has Co-op own branded items (such as milk, food items etc) as well as other brands. Broadly speaking this will be suitable for a grocery run: bathroom cleaning supplies, milk eggs and some bakery items, breakfast items, sweet stuff, and a side selection of alcohol.

I've been shopping at the various incarnations of this convenience store since it opened. They stock a decent range of good quality products and prices are in line with other small convenience stores.

Staff have always been polite and friendly, so I'm not sure what the complaints are about. It is a franchise so they may not offer all the deals shown of TV. This is common with franchises and it should say so in the small print in the TV advert.

Nice enough local store with a good range of fresh and other food, toiletries and household goods. Prices are reasonable for a 7-11.

Staff are professional if a little detached. Mostly a hassle-free shopping experience except…

Except if you want to buy a lottery ticket. Then the whole queue gets held up as the machine takes forever to issue the said ticket.

I don’t know if this is a staff issue (please train them better) or a terminal issue (Get Camelot in to fix it. They’ve got enough money). Whatever, this is not a normal thing. No other terminal takes this interminable time to work!

Otherwise, all good.
