Friendly and helpful stuff always dropping my parcels.

Good when open. Unfortunately opening hours vary A LOT. When the shop says it opens at noon, it's still closed at 5pm with zero explanation. This happens very regularly. There's no consistency. Which is especially frustrating when you've just organised a UPS next-day delivery and this is the drop-off point.

UPS collection was fine but the assistant was coughing and spluttering all over the place, COVID or not that’s pretty unacceptable..

Unfortunately I have had to collect something from here as UPS dumped my parcel without even notifying me.
The language barrier is a problem and it was hard work to find out if I was trying to collect from the right place.
Perhaps in India people renew their passport weekly as mine is 8 years old and despite showing my details, the lady in the Shop asked me "is this you? Your hair looks different".. Everyone else in about six Countries was happy with it but hey! I wish I could not age, trust me

I ordered Amazon parcel, but they refused to take it when it arrived. Turns out they do not work as Amazon Hub anymore.

I'm amending a previous bad review purely because I was so astounded to see this shop actually open that all my anger has abated. My Amazon parcel was held hostage there for 8 days when they closed and didn't tell anyone when they would be reopening. I'll never have anything sent there again, but at least I now have my package and the lady at the till apologised. They're still pretty pants though
