Through no particular fault of their own, Sainso's has managed to open the dingiest supermarket in London by setting up shop in a room the size of a shoebox. A single pushchair in here can cause locomotive chaos!

Quality produce you have come to expect from Sainsbury and reasonable choice of vegetarian/vegan wine. However, don't go in there now due to a problem I had some time ago in the queue. There was one person who had just finished being served and another was about to be. I was next after him. Suddenly a woman who had never bothered to learn English pushed in and motioned to be served as she had only one item. The man about to be served was then asked if he minded her going first. He agreed but it was as though I was invisible. Since I had been ignored I then objected and the woman was asked to join the queue behind me. After all, I only had three items. As she did, another checkout was opened especially for her and she was served. The checkout was then rapidly closed and I had to wait for the man before me, who had several items, to be served. Disgraceful service from people whose English was also minimal. Don't know how they managed to fill the application form in and get through the interview for the job. Come on Sainsbury's be fair to everyone.

Lucky to have Sainsbury's in West Ealing with such a good choice of everyday's staples. Staff is polite and quick. Great for shopping

Filipino guy just follows you everywhere doing front flips and acts busy hoping you'll try to steal something to make his day, can I not buy a meal deal in peace?

Still doesn't have smartshop and barely any decent offers are the worst points compared to standard Sainsbury's shops. Smallest Sainsbury's I've ever seen and yet more staff than customers. Security guard is very entertaining; acts like every aisle stores the crown jewels and every customer is a mischievous rogue.

Tiny store. The shelves are rarely stocked, staff always standing around talking to one another rather than on the till, annoying when you need cigs, and some are rude. The security guard is racist, and only follows black people around, I've complained to Sainsburys THREE times about this mam and nothing ever done about it. Lots of my colleagues say the same thing about this.

There is a member of staff here who always has her face mask hanging off of her ear. She appears apathetic about it and half heartedly covers her mouth (but not her nose) with it whenever she senses anyone is made uncomfortable by it. A couple of questions for her - how many customers do you think are made to feel uncomfortable by you actions? And, assuming you haven't had a vaccine yet, how many customers and colleagues do you think you would transmit coronavirus to if you happened to have it?
A decent local shop otherwise.
