nearly every visit to this shop I am met with massive queues. Not to most of the staffs lack of effort mins you, some staff are quite on it where others are happy for queues to form while stocking half stocked shelves.

If you’re going to rely on most sales through your self checkout then please add more to avoid the incredibly annoying bottleneck you have - most customers ignore the queue and just stand behind self checkouts which isn’t really appropriate.

No pride in their strip. They do not unkeep the area. They overcharge to substitute other business interests. Only bringing litter an unclean casshpoint and beggars in the doorway. It's what they do.

Absolute shambles. Grocery delivery came with the milk leaking, items completely missing and completely idiotic substitutions.

For example Spinach substituted with potatoes. Which they didn't even bother putting in the bag. So we have been charged for non-existent potatoes we didn't order. Lamb patties replaced with pork sausage rolls.

I have never given a 1 star review (please feel free to read my other reviews), so you know how completely useless this store is. If you are incapable of arranging a simple grocery delivery, maybe stop.

Really frustrating place to shop. Always loads of queues and staff stacking shelves really slowly and in the way of customers. Those same staff will watch as a massive queue is attended to by one senior member of staff on checkouts.

Handy little convenience store, not competitively priced and frequently limited stock but okay.

I rarely use such words, but CO-OP is in my honest opinion the worst choice. Here stinks, self-service checkouts are f... stupid, and each time I buy here, there is a queue for a minimum of 10 people, because there is one cashier and at least one self-service is broken. In addition, when you choose a meal deal, they will cheat you for the second cheaper product - in Tesco or Sainsbury's I never have this problem. These were my last Co-op purchases.

Brought what i thought were fresh tomatoes from here only to realise they were mouldy. Cant even contact them. Don't buy tomatoes from here chances are they're out of date and mouldy tomatoes on the shelves

Early evening visit on a Saturday to get a cucumber and spring onions for Chinese Duck pancake rolls.. quite a few empty shelves due to the Brexit delivery driver issue so no spring onions but got these at the Nisa supermarket a few doors down.
