Co-op Food - Kidbrooke Park

Fairly decent store. This is your average local co-op. You can get the essentials there all the time and they are working till late. The staff are friendly and helpful

Has most thing you want, quite good fruit and veg. The stock rotation is not great Bread and milk go off quicker than other places. Not much of a cat/dog food range. Huge sweetie lane as you would expect ...

Well stocked, apart from the bakery shelf which is hit and miss. Aisles are way too narrow, especially in such a busy shop. Often queues for the till but staff are usually very quick.

I've been in there quite a few times though where young members of staff just chuck my shopping in a bag with no thought to what they are doing, like putting loads of heavy things on soft things and grabbing the bread so its squashed, it's really odd like they either have no common sense or just don't really care that they are damaging goods that the person in front of them is standing there paying for. More training in that area would be nice.

Older staff though are friendly and more professional.

This is our local supermarket, however the fridges have been broken for the past 2 weeks. So no milk, meat, cheese, or other cold items. This is poor considering this is a chain supermarket. The staff are great, but this lack of maintaining/repairing the fridges to ensure they work is a concern.

Few members of staff are the reason my rating is 3 star and not 1. (Very lovely) The shop itself is too cramped. Other staff are incredibly rude

Staff is very kind and helpful, one disadvantage is the temperature in the shop, it is to low. The prices are little bit high.

Plagued by shoplifters that has the store in the grip of an industrial scale rip-off epidemic that affects the wallet of the general community. Here's the culprit looking forlornly at his stash just brought back by staff.

Machines can go wrong but it's great to get quality staff to help.👍
