Extremely rude - avoid at all cost! I am giving a star as the option for 0 stars isn't available.

I had a parcel to drop here but the experience with the store manager was awful. I asked a question re the scan and he was unhelpful then yelled at me and shouted to me to drop the parcel at a filthy damp-fileld back room (makes me wonder if it's even safe to buy goods there). Never seen such a discusting behaviour.
Disgraceful that this guy is getting paid by the courier for literally doing nothing - aside from being a rude and misogynistic excuse of an old schmok.

Extremely rude guy on the till. I came to return an item from amazon and he was shouting at me to hurry up and telling me to go. I told him how rude he was and told me not to waste his time and go somewhere else! Unbelievable, I hope he learns some customer service skills. For sure he didn't win a customer today. AVOID!

The rudest shop ever. The guy who work there behind the till, is the rudest person ever and unfortunately it’s one of the closest shops I have around me for returning my parcels so I have been there few times before and each time I had the worst experience there ever. The way he speaks to you is just horrendous and downgrading. If he hates his job this much, he should be working there. It’s not other peoples problem. If I could give minus stars I would definitely do that.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Shopkeeper was so unnecessarily rude when I returned my package. Told me to do everything myself and then said I shouldn’t be asking for help. He then shouted at me whilst the assistant stood staring almost as if he felt bad for me. Will never be returning to this place, I was very polite - seemed the shopkeeper woke up in a bad mood and took it out on me. This guy deserve anyone’s business. Do not go here!

Agree with other comments. Unpleasant. Rude. Like it bothers them say any word at all. even basjc instruction like where is the Evrj label printing machine or where to drop off your parcel (when I asked he was just like “ back !”). Just extremely rude like you owe them money. I hate that this is the closest parcel service to my house and I wish they would go out of business.

Staff couldn't care less. Parcel deliveries are left in a mess, for customers to sort through with no clear organisation. Despite being delivered less than 24 hours earlier, my package had been stolen due to the lack of staff oversight.
Staff didn't even want to look at me, much less offer assistance after asking. Food is overpriced and better to go to the Sainsbury's down the street.

Staff that don't care about customers can be a symptom of an organisation that doesn't care about profit from customers. There are examples in the past of organisations who dont care about customer revenue because they are a money laundering operation.

My fiancé ordered a parcel and chose to collect from this store. I went with the confirmation email to collect the parcel. I found that the manager of this London had just thrown all of the parcels on the floor and was yelling at people to search through them and then to scan the bar code. After finding my partners parcel I brought it to the desk where I was told that I couldn’t collect this parcel because I didn’t have the right email. After showing him that it was the exact same reference number he then shouted at me to get out of his store. Honestly utterly disgusted at being treated this way. If I could put this in my review as 0 stars I would.
