Co-op Food - Cambridge - Mitcham's Corner

This is one of our local stores we use it very often for mainly essentials. However sometimes you see good deals or what you think are good offers until you go and pay and notice you've been overcharged for many items incorrect pricing only to be told that the offer expired the day before and nothing they can do. Some of the staff are great but some seem to lack common sence not being able to work out how much change to hand back or not knowing what a pot of dried parsley looks like.

Such a nice store. Great atmosphere and great people. Used to work here, even helped to set the place up last year and I still come back to say hey sometimes. Keep up the good work Mitcham's Corner Crew.

Nice an convenient, with good opening hours. Doesn't have as much on shelves as the one near but still ok. Must admit though staff are more forthcoming especially Paul. He Goes out of his way if something is not in shelf. Would of been 3 stars if not for him.

Great local shop, staff are warm and welcoming, always a bargain to be had in this store, picked up these for 38p! Still loads left!

The self checkout here always needs and assistant because it is broken. No assistants to help…

Every time I visit they treat me like a shop lifter!!! No I'm not!!!!!

Normally I do not write any comments about places but I am quite unhappy having a co-op next door that takes 30 seconds to get there and 7/8 minutes BEFORE closing time STATED at 10 pm and a member of staff already at the door not letting nobody in, (door close) me and 3 other guys. I don't know about the other people, but I just wanted 2 chocolate bars...but I couldn't go in and get it...
It's unprofessional and staff as 30 minutes more on their shifts paid after closing times...I work at retail and I know we are not allowed to close earlier than the time. And I really take consideration to get out of places of their closing time.

This is my local shop, every time I cos it there is never any one on the tills or self service to assist you. And no way of alerting their attention..So frustrating!
