Horrendously overpriced due to a lack of competition in the area. Bananas are £1 for four! Very poor customer service, massive queues while staff pack shelves or smoke outside. The old man behind the counter doesn't understand how contactless payments work and insists that one's debit card is inserted. I've observed him being extremely rude to customers on multiple occasions when his own ineptitude is to blame.

Pretty terrible customer service. Had arranged for a parcel to be delivered here and he became really stressed and wouldn't give my my parcel...! I now have to go back another day. Groceries are quite overpriced too.

The big guy with the golden eyes. Acts like a manager until you ask to speak to the managaer. Rude and arrogant. Argumentative and disrespectful. Hasnt got a clue about customer service, or even general human etiquette. Prices are higher than most convenience stores, 60p charge when paying by card. Possibly the worst shop in Bromley.

The old man is the rudest person I've ever met. Speaks to his staff and customers like dirt. Incredibly expensive and I literally go there in emergencies. I'd rather make the trip to Bromley. I support local independent businesses, but in this case I hope Tesco buy them out!

Insists contactless isn't used which I'm sure is against regulations but whatever. Very expensive. Old fella running the shop is not very nice - was very racist when arguing with a customer and her young daughter.

Poor customer service and Rude staffs.. There is a Londis next door. Recently opened. Great service and low price than there. Really pleased with their service. They r soon getting Busspass,Paypoint and Lottery. No need to walk to bromley anymore!!

60p charge on cards for under £5!!!
They should pay 0.5% at least on card machines, so they are openly robbing you!
Plus they are rude as f£&k!

Charged 8.99 for toilet roll during COVID, shameless quick cashing in at a terrible time. Locals don't forget things like that.
