My go-to corner shop. Great customer service skills - the people who work here are lovely. Fab prices

Refuses to do PayPoint if you usually go elsewhere for it! Young guy in there will make a feeble excuse. Reported to PayPoint's head office as this shop gets paid for having the PayPoint facility. Rude man with bad attitude and no manners. I go elsewhere that doesn't smell like this place does.

The only reason to go to this horrible shop was the Hermes/Evri printer and now that's gone. And the opening hours keep getting shorter and shorter - Just close down already, so something better can open.

Young woman and young man are down right rude and disrespectful. I will not be using this store again.

I return my parcels to Evri here, I've read the reviews on here and possibly because I've only ever met the lady working there I can give them 4 stars.
With one of my parcels I ran out of sellotape even though I purchased a roll from them to use the lady behind the desk did it for me. She is always pleasant and would give them 5 stars but parking is a nightmare .

I was trying to politely tell the cashier that I didn't know where to put a Hermes parcel, he purposely blanked me out and started laughing at me. Simply because I couldn't hear what he had told me. So I told him I wasn't a trouble maker and that I am on the Autism Spectrum and that's why I may have seemed weird and slow to him. He continued to laugh and then tell me he wasn't laughing. I know everybody is rude nowadays, no one lives with honour or politeness any more, but there's just no need for arrogance.

Young worker in there has no customer service skills & he is very arrogant & rude !
whilst I was in the area, I went in there to top up my fuel cards for pre payment meters & he asked me where i normally went to top them up & when I told him he then said to me the paypoint was not working then blanked me !! seems obvious he has his regular customers who use his shop.
Also out of date items around the shop so check dates before you buy.
will not be using this shop again & hope someone with better manners takes over.
