SPAR - Whitehorse Road

Returned amazon 2 parcels in 6 months time range, both of them went empty in amazon warehouse (at least this is what amazon says).
Avoid to return from this shop via Hermes.

I've returned many parcels here with hermes, and every time it was quick and efficient. Never had any issues honestly.

Been going here for around a year to drop off/ collect parcels and never had a problem. All the staff are lovely and really want to help. I was very pleasantly surprised when I first started going here as most parcel shops I’ve been to have had very rude staff. 10/10 would recommend, especially for people with social anxiety as they really do make you feel welcome.

A good local store you can get most things food drinks bacon eggs papers alcohol very friendly staff clean and tidy store

Acted like it was some inconvenience to find my parcel and tossed my photo ID down on the counter instead of just handing it back to me. At one point thrust the machine at me and demanded I find my name myself then kept muttering stuff at me, when I said I couldn't find it. Also I don't know if there may be a potential data issue with handing that over to me since I was scrolling through names? Anyway it's my nearest pick up point for Hermes collection, but if I go again and get the same treatment again I won't go back.

I've always had 100% service here with parcels, post and shopping. I've been in this area 35 years, never a problem. Sammy behind the counter is always helpful and happy ...thank you spa

I had a parcel to send I used this shop took it there on Monday a week ago and it hasn't left shop yet my buyer is still waiting
