I have friends that drive 5 miles to go to this emporium...... It is truly an amazing shop...Fab Staff, helpful and Bargains galore........I wager any person to go in and walk away with ONE item.... impossible. !!!

Long may it carry on and with new housing going up close by.....It will just get better.

recently visited this shop. when purchasing my food, staff member forces us to pay extra without giving us a receipt, then took some food away.

Am so close to boycotting this store due to one unbelievably rude staff member. A man named Siva who works there goes out of his way to make things difficult. The self service machines needed clearing as someone had left their shopping on it - instead of clearing it he just said they were broke. Queued up to pay with Siva and asked for a scratch card and apparently the key was broken. This is the third time he has claimed this to me over a period of months and magically there’s no problem with the key when I ask for one from another staff member the next day? Then instead of politely asking me for my ID as I was buying alcohol, he stares at me gives me a dirty look and says ‘how old you’. Like how hard is it to ask politely. Guy needs sacking in my opinion terrible customer service. Rest of the staff are alright however the stock is always terrible in there

Not sure what's going on with this store. It used to be great but now the shelves are very often empty of stock. Can never rely on getting what you need. Very sad.

They like to stole people things when u order through u Uber seats. Literally charge I and don’t make the delivery.

I went here to pick my parcel which was delivered DPD today, and all the staff were rude, disrespectful and unhelpful especially the white man with glasses, avoid this store at all cost.

Doing a DPD return drop off, they saw it’s a big box and didn’t want to take it in. Using excuses they haven’t got any record labels left.

Frequently out of stock of many items. No mobile signal and unusable wifi in store.
