Wait was long. Person at the till had a difficult transaction and should have called for assistance much earlier. Sorry for the bad review I was in a rush and would have appreciated another member jumping on the till

The shop was much better when it was Nisa! Staff now are quite unhelpful & products are way too over priced

The opening times are outrageous it use to be open to 10pm now it's all the way down to 7pm, nothing is usually in stock it's always the stuff nobody buys that is constantly getting ordered and it's always more then 2 weeks till one thing you need is stocked, by then people have gone to further shops to get there stuff, and also THE PRICES FOR EVERYTHING IS WAY TO HIGH, everything is going up and for you guys to have your price to be higher then My.grades is horrific

Shelves are always mostly empty as the store rarely restocks.

Lack of variety of products, mostly the same products all the time.

They used to sell fresh hotdogs but since the machine stopped working they refuse to fix it & instead would rather scrap selling hotdogs.

Went in for a few essentials, (milk, sugar etc).
Happy to see a newly installed Amazon Hub, convenient!

I find that, on the whole, the staff are very helpful and friendly. Lately, there are often gaps where stock has not been delivered; sometimes an item can be out of stock for a week or more. The selection of goods is not bad, they have some items that I haven't seen elsewhere. What I have never seen on sale here is fresh bread, rolls, and pastries only the pre-packaged types. For someone who only wants one roll or one croissant this is not very practical. The prices are about what one would expect in a convenience store but dearer than one would find in a large supermarket. It's a handy place when I only need one or two items and don't want to go to Barking to shop. On the whole, it's a useful top-up shop but not somewhere to get all your shopping.
