Co-op Food - Durham - Framwellgate Moor

So Chuffed to hear we were going get Cooperative on our doorstep. We have found it such a blessing and the few times we been in we have found the young lads/staff so genuine, so helpful and their Customer service is exceptional. The Coop is good for food and value wise is excellent. Keep up the hard work.

Handy little shop with a surprisingly wide range of good quality produce, though the veg can be hit and miss, which knocks off a star. Some nice wines. Staff always friendly.

Always friendly and helpful staff. It's a small Co-op, so prices are premium, but that said they always have great offers, 10% off with NUS cards and earn pennies with Co-op membership

Great convenient location. Although the only place to queue is at the door or you end up blocking the isle. On wet days, doorway is always drenched and wet floor signs right next to where you queue (cant be helped due to space). Tills could be moved.

A Co-op. A relatively new build, standard range for this size store. Typical for a small convenience Co-op high prices, BUT. . . as always for the Co-op, high quality, great own label products; some spectacular priced offers (there's always better than the big supermarket special offers!); NUS card 10% discount; Co-op Card for further money back.

Not just a Co-op but its also a John LewisPick up point for click and collect.

Staff are friendly helpful and efficient.

The CoOp is great. They have decent prices, large selection, and their in house brand is excellent. Their inhouse brand, as well as many others they carry are both ethical and environmentally friendly. Occasionally it gets a bit too crowded for me, and I wish they asked people to stay outside until another person comes out, but that usually happens around when school gets off or lunch time

Were served by a very helpful shop assistant Evie on an evening hunt for snacks.
