LOKOS Convenience Store

Rude guy at the counter today when I went to return my parcel. I was struggling to scan QR code and he just wouldn’t help saying it’s not my job.. I’m surprised that if I’m struggling with the QR code machine in the shop, who am I supposed to ask for help when the guy at the till refuses to help.. shameful behaviour And this is when my 6 year old was watching whilst all this happened.. he simply refused to help inspire of a number of requests

lokos cs is great. staff is always very helpful and friendly, they always help me with parcel returns. shop is well stocked and always in date which I find not always the case in other local convenience stores.

Staff always very friendly and helpful.
Have been using alot recently for Evri / Hermes sending which they make very easy, or happy to help out if there's any problems!
Was also very happy to see how they helped an elderly gentleman with his shopping out to his taxi the other day. Customer service at its best!

Great local shop

Possibly my favourite shop in HH! Was always travelling to Hove for the ingredients they stock here, and the sweet section for the kids is perfect! It's like convenience stores used to be! 👏
