Now tried to drop off two MyHermes parcels with them. First time I was told to come back the next day with no explanation. Second I had to get the man's attention, he took me to the counter. I put my parcel on the desk, he pushes it aside and serves the customer behind me who was making a purchase. Again, no words spoken other than instructions to put my name and signature into the parcel scanner. Rude and upsetting.

This is the second and last time I’ve tried using this shop for a Hermes drop off. The guy both times was nasty, rude, aggressive and unpleasant. Never met anyone so unpleasant in fact. He clearly hates customers which is odd attitude for a local continuance shop, especially given the current lockdown condition. You would have thought they’d welcome customers.

To the owner, I’d get rid of him. If this man is the owner, sell up and find something that doesn’t involve speaking or seeing other people. Clearly not something you are good at.

The man in the shop is soooooo rude!!!! I arrived to collect a parcel which he couldn’t find. He proceeded to show me his Hermes scanner with other people’s names and addresses saying you find your name!!! I was very cross and told him he was breaking data protection rules. He asked me my name three times before I said what is the name on that parcel, he picked it up and said its your name but not your postcode!!!! He then answered his phone and had a conversation while writing a receipt because his scanner didn’t work!!! Then he said don't get parcels delivered here get them delivered somewhere else.
Don’t worry I won’t be returning to shop, drop off or for a delivery!!!!

I have never experienced such a rude customer service! The elderly guy behind the counter should learn some manners. Unhelpful and so rude! Never said Hi or thank you. Been almost shouted at as didn’t know how to use the printer. Avoid as he will just ruin your day with his attitude!
Will be using different local off licence from now on.

I use it very regularly. Always wonderful service and efficient.

The man that works in this shop is rude, he has no customer service skills at all. There are so many bad reviews of him on here. I had to wait to be served untill he had finished watching a video on his phone and then he started serving other customers over me. Then when I spoke up he said the other customers had priority over me?

Rude and mean, I tried to pay for something I was 5p off which I didn't mean to do I'm 14 years old as well I got shouted at and got told to put it back I would have payed it back the next day but no I couldn't, there where 3 other people around me and they told home to give it to me I live up the street from this shop.
So to the owner or whoever runs this place get rid of the counter guy and get someone new In if you where the owner. Then sell it and go and do something that doesn't make you talk or help others.

The most delightful man behind the counter. Not interested in my hermes parcels, yells one word replies at you definitely gonna go somewhere else for my hermes drop off.
