Staff smoking outside the front doors, is not a good look. Some of the staff are nice but some seem to have formed a gang culture and are abusive to people that they don't like.
It could be a really good store if only mcColls management would take peoples complaints seriously and discipline their staff in the correct manner.

Staff friendly and nice. Has the essentials that you may need in relation to groceries home products also good for cards and papers etc.
Some items may seem over priced but not unreasonable other items are priced fairly. Atm outside the store. Ice creams cold drinks available. Parking nearby. Ideal store to pick up the odds and bobs. Probably not gest for a main shop so it suits it's needs.

This is my local store. Very well presented and staff are always friendly and welcomeing. Keep up the good work.

Totally useless pathetic staff. Couldn’t find a more unhelpful bunch if you tried.

Staff lack customer service skills
Never a warm greeting , seem to think they are doing the customer a favour being there

I went to Mccoll’s at 2:55pm on a Sunday afternoon to use the post office which closes at 3pm. I’d had a bad experience with the post office in Crawley town centre and was feeling a little stressed out.
Alisha was fantastic. She was helpful, informative and friendly. She helped me get my parcel sent with 2 minutes to go before it closed.
I go into Mccoll’s often and I’ve always had positive experiences. On Sunday Alisha went above and beyond for me and it deserved recognising.

The staff are excellent and very friendly. Problem is that they are trying to compete with the big boys. If you want online shopping don't use a convince shop. The staff are timed fir home delivery , so the customer in the shop has to wait. Nit happy.

Got there at 5 to 10 and they locked up when it states open till 11pm on the door on Saturdays.
Luckily they had everything I needed in the other shop! ( VITOS )
