Used for UPS access point. Shop keeper (who is very moody and speaks no English) took my parcel without scanning it into the system, and seems to have taken the item for himself (value over £100) rather than dispatching it to my customer. Will be reporting to the police for investigation.

Wouldn't accept a Ups parcel on a Sunday at 1pm. Said I had to come back on Monday before 11am. Rude as well.

Awesome staff free ATM till to 50 pounds. Can buy basic food, hygiene, alcohol or cigarettes. CAN pay aswell by card.

The rudest shop worker I have ever come across. No hello, thank you.. scans your parcel and says moodily 'take it down to the parcel box'... most shop workers take parcels themselves down to their storeroom rather than tell customer to. Horrid.

The "INconvience" store! Quite possibly the worst shop I've had the misfortune of visiting. Went 2 years ago was the same, thought I'd give it another go. Rude staff and zero help. Kearsney deserves better than this!
