Visited and used on the 30th October around 12.30pm went to Gregg's lovely friendly assistant who I cannot fault.. the same sadly cannot be said for the petrol station assistant I was kept waiting to pay for my items barely got a sorry for the wait no please and barely a thank you.. I felt as though I was totally inconveniencing her paying for my items I am always polite even when I don't feel like it ..good manners cost nothing and always leave the customer with a good impression of the visit sadly all I left with was my crisps
