I went to this place to ship a package as it is a drop off point of some sort for UPS.
The guy behind the counter was full on rude, I asked for details for the shipping and he said I needed to get everything sorted before coming into his store (uhh ok)
Usually UPS prints a lable as it's their package, even UPS said this, but he said no, make your own.
Then when I asked if he had another box I could use to secure my item, he said lol "i don't have any boxes".
This is an off license, they have wine and spirits EVERYWHERE, not to mention food.
I replied "seriously, with all of this stuff you don't have 1 box" then I asked why he is lying to me and he knew he was being a dick and I was not happy about his attitude.
I wont shop there for anything at all. I vote with my wallet/feet

Wonderful gentleman that works there always asks how I am. Amazing products and I love the new fridges they have.

Top guys really keep that community spirit alive , had my bike stolen by some unsavoury outside there shop. The young fella jumped straight in his car and was looking with me until it was found. Love these guys and the shop . Long live wine to di e 👍

Lovely guys that work there, stores got so much more fresh and new stock.. they keep aside my wine bottles every week. Thanks guys

Lovely well balanced shop have everything you could possibly need. The owners are amazing people so friendly and welcoming. I have used this shop alot of my life and will still carry on

Been going here for the last 11 years, shout-out to Manny and the family for being the best local shop in the village. Always polite friendly and great customer service always. Highly recommended

When I was staying in Byfleet the staff here were most helpful in discussing wine options, could do with a larger selection of Australian reds the only drawback.
